In de functie van Customer Care Representative ben je dagelijks bezig met de ondersteuning van de Order-To-Cash-processen (zoals bestellingen, geschillen en credits, vragen, retouren en monitoring) en de Supply Chain-processen door middel van analytische en operationele ondersteuning. Je bewaakt het product-, de order
- en informatiestromen en draagt bij aan de bedrijfsdoelstellingen op het gebied van klanttevredenheid. De werkzaamheden voor deze functie bestaan uit:

- Proactieve communicatieve vaardigheden tonen en opvolging geven aan klanten op een klantgerichte manier;
- Professionele ondersteuning bieden aan klanten, de backoffice en het verkoopteam door middel van uitgebreide kennis van de producten, processen, tools en beleid;
- Inzicht hebben in hoe onze operationele modellen invloed hebben op Customer Care;
- Nauw samenwerken met de Business en de processen volgen, waarbij je vroegtijdig meldingen maakt van proces
- of systeemstoringen die klanten beïnvloeden, en zorg draagt voor de nodige correctieve acties en het aandragen van oplossingen;
- Op de hoogte blijven van de ontwikkelingen binnen de Business en bij klanten.

**Wat neem je mee?**:

- **Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van het Frans, Nederlands en Engels;**:

- **Minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;**:

- **Aantoonbaar vermogen om klantrelaties op te bouwen en samen te werken binnen een internationale organisatie;
- Teamspeler.

**Aanbod**:

- Een startsalaris tussen de €3.200 en €3.600 bruto per maand;
- Je start met een jaarcontract direct bij onze opdrachtgever;
- 28 verlofdagen per jaar
- Hybride werken; twee dagen per week werk je op kantoor;
- 3% bonus per jaar afhankelijk van bedrijfsprestaties;
- Goede pensioenregeling;
