Als Manager Artificial Intelligence & Data u2013 Publieke Sector combineer jij de kracht van data, analytics en AI combineert met jouw commerciële drive en kennis van de sector om integrale oplossingen te ontwikkelen die onze klanten in de publieke sector helpen transformeren tot 'Inzicht Gedreven Organisaties'. Jij houdt snelheid, kosten en kwaliteit in evenwicht en zet de juiste strategieën, mensen, processen, data en technologie in om meetbare resultaten te leveren voor onze klanten, in nauwe samenwerking met je team en de klant.
How do you do this?
adviseer, ondersteunt en faciliteert onze klanten in de publieke sector bij hun transformatie naar 'Inzicht Gedreven Organisaties';
signaleer commerciële kansen, ontwikkelt en onderhoudt lange termijnrelaties met (top)management van bestaande en potentiële klanten en genereert nieuwe opdrachten;
leid projecten binnen het domein van data science en analytics, GenAI, datavisualisatie, (big) data management, (cloud)automatisering en data engineering voor klanten, waarbij je samenwerkt met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en verantwoordelijkheid hebt voor succesvolle uitvoering en commerciële resultaten;
ontwikkel nieuwe dienstverlening die oplossingen biedt voor specifieke klantbehoeften en uitdagingen van klanten in de publieke sector;
coach en begeleidt junior teamleden in hun professionele groei om hun prestaties en persoonlijke ontwikkeling te bevorderen.

Een afgeronde masteropleiding, bij voorkeur in Econometrie, Natuurkunde, (Toegepaste) Wiskunde, Data Science, Informatica, Artificial Intelligence, (Technische) Bedrijfskunde, Politieke Wetenschappen, Sociale Wetenschappen of Bestuurskunde;
Minimaal 6 jaar relevante werkervaring als consultant en/of in een relevante commerciële functie, bij voorkeur in de publieke sector;
Aantoonbare ervaring in het opbouwen van relaties en een aantoonbaar, breed en actief netwerk in de publieke sector;
Uitstekend begrip van de huidige trends, uitdagingen en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van data, analytics en (Gen)AI;
Aantoonbare ervaring met het identificeren van en inspelen op commerciële kansen bij bestaande en potentiële klanten;
Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en effectiviteit in het samenwerken met zowel klanten als teamleden.

Jouw expertise deel je met zo'n 170 andere collega's in het Artificial Intelligence & Data-team dat onderdeel is van Deloitte Consulting. Ons team levert dienstverlening in advies, strategie en implementatie op het gebied van performance management, business intelligence en andere analytische toepassingen. We richten ons op vraagstukken waar meer geavanceerde analyses voor optimalisatie, forecasting of risico schattingen het verschil maken.
Binnen deze afdeling vinden we het belangrijk om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen. Daarom hechten we veel waarde aan innovatie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
