Are you good with numbers and would you like to be involved in corporate strategy projects, underpinning and facilitating the decision-making process by sound analyses? The Corporate Strategy team is looking for an intelligent and experienced analyst able to tackle strategic topics in an adequate way with eye for detail.
In this role, you will support the development and implementation of our Corporate Strategy to future-proof FrieslandCampina across all business groups and regions. With seven distinct Business Groups, the Strategy team’s central and objective positioning is crucial for facilitating strategic decision-making for senior leadership. The team drives prioritization and the long-term investment agenda, ensuring a comprehensive cross-business perspective.

Wat we vragen
- Master’s degree (WO level)
- 2+ years' of experience in strategy consultancy, with solid knowledge of (financial) business control
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to simplify complex topics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling, detail-oriented while maintaining a broader perspective
- Strategic thinker with a fast, pragmatic mindset, able to manage complexity and navigate sensitivities
- Strong collaboration skills: builds trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable under pressure
- Focused on continuous improvement, delivering high-quality results, and thriving in team environments

- Salary between €5,500 and €7.000 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 12,5% bonus, and a pension;
- Flexible working hours and ample opportunities to work from home;
- 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;

As Analyst within the Corporate Strategy team you will support with the further development and implementation of FrieslandCampina’s strategic topics, especially those that require a cross business, company-wide & holistic perspective. You will collaboratively work on strategic initiatives within the Business Groups and the Executive Team to capitalize on new opportunities and address long-term key challenges in the business/sector. Together with the Strategy Manager and Director, you will conduct in-depth analyses to unravel the impact of specific strategic directions/projects. Analyses will include financial modeling and setting-up business cases to test sensitivities of different scenarios.

Areas of responsibility:

- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape and market dynamics to inform strategic decision making
- Increase a data-driven way of working to challenge the organization both from an external point of view as well as internal performance
- Support the development of consistent strategy recommendations with sound analyses and translate them into measurable plans and ensure their implementation
- Set-up monitoring/dashboards to track strategic priorities & progress
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in for the strategic plan

Corporate Strategy at FrieslandCampina is a pivotal part of the Corporate Development team, integrated with Corporate M&A, and reports directly to the Executive Board (EB) and Executive Team (ET). This role places Strategy and M&A at the core of corporate decision-making. This position is based at our headquarters in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. You will report directly to the Global Director Corporate Development. As a member of the team, you will work closely with the Director and Manager and other team members to develop and execute the company's strategic plan. You will be responsible for financial modeling and analyses supporting specific strategic projects and initiatives.
