The transport planner plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional service levels for customers by managing transport planning, execution, and follow-ups while identifying and addressing any gaps in service or solutions.

This role is central to continuous improvement efforts, focusing on optimizing processes and implementing cost-saving measures to enhance efficiency, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and identify further areas for improvement.

Acting as the primary communication hub between e-llis, customers, and carriers, the transport planner ensures seamless coordination among all stakeholders and serves as a vital component of the e-llis control tower, driving both operational excellence and strategic innovation.

**WORK EXPERIENCE**:
2-5 years related work experience in Supply Chain is preferred

**EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS**:
MBO to Bachelor’s Degree or higher; or
4 years of relevant work experience

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluent in both English & French (reading; writing and speaking)
- Other languages are a plus (Dutch, German )
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with working with a TMS is a plus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Supply Chain: 2 years (preferred)
