Founded in 1998, United Legwear & Apparel Co. (ULAC) is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of apparel, legwear, bodywear, bags, backpacks, headwear, and accessories. As a joint venture partner of PUMA North America and licensee of various renowned brands such as Hurley, Skechers, Ted Baker, Scotch & Soda, and more, ULAC operates globally with headquarters in New York City and offices in various locations, including the Netherlands (Amsterdam & Hoofddorp).

**What You'll Do**
- Photography Leadership: Serve as the lead photographer for on-model shoots, bringing Scotch & Soda’s seasonal collections to life. Oversee the external production of flat shots, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Photo Studio Coordinator to manage photoshoot logistics, with a particular focus on e-commerce production.
- Post-Production: Oversee the handover of assets to post-production teams, incorporating creative feedback to ensure high-quality final deliverables.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with the Brand & Digital Marketing Director, Chief Product Officer, and Marketing E-commerce Specialist to align on project goals, timelines, and creative standards.
- Asset Management: Contribute to the organization and delivery of final photography assets, ensuring seamless communication across teams.

**What You'll Bring**
- Experience: 3-5 years as a photographer, with experience managing photo studio operations.
- Organizational Skills: A strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative Vision: A deep understanding of brand identity and how to translate it into compelling visual content.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external agencies.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and delivering exceptional results.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in fashion, whether freelance, brand-side, or agency-side, is a strong plus.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in tools such as Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Creative Force.

**Additional Requirements**
- Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands that does not require company sponsorship.
- Must reside in the Netherlands and be willing to commute regularly to both the creative studio in Amsterdam and the photo studio in Hoofddorp (4-5 days per week).
