**Role Objective**:
To ensure the accurate collection, consolidation, and submission of data for payroll processing, while supporting employees with payroll-related inquiries and ensuring compliance with Dutch tax regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Collection and Processing**:

- Gather monthly travel reports, absence records, and other required data from employees.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of the collected information

**Data Consolidation and Submission**:

- Consolidate payroll-related data into standardized formats.
- Submit data to the payroll agency for salary processing.

**Payroll Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed reports on salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Provide analysis of payroll metrics as requested by management.

**Employee Support**:

- Address employee queries regarding payroll calculations, deductions, and bonuses.
- Act as a liaison with the payroll agency to resolve complex or non-standard issues.

**Tax Compliance**:

- Monitor and ensure timely payment of taxes to the Dutch Tax Authority (Belastingdienst).
- Liaise with the payroll agency to verify compliance with local tax regulations and resolve any discrepancies.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in implementing process improvements related to payroll operations.
- Prepare and maintain payroll-related documentation for internal or external audits.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing data.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle deadlines and large datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HRM systems or payroll software (e.g., SAP, 1C).
- Strong communication skills for interacting with employees and external partners.
- Basic understanding of Dutch payroll regulations and tax compliance requirements.
