**What we do**
Guided by our **ARC (Always Relevant Content)** approach, we focus on crafting content that stays timely and impactful. Our team includes content creatives and strategists who collaborate closely to deliver highly relevant content for our clients. Together, they form power teams that can quickly transform trends into tailored content within 24 hours or develop long-lasting series and formats that deeply resonate with communities across various platforms. And if the insights are really strong we build it out to impactful campaigns.

At GoSpooky, we don’t just keep up with trends; we shape them. Now, we’re looking for a **Social Commerce Lead** to help us elevate our social commerce proposition to the next level.

**The Action**

As **Social Commerce Lead**, you’ll own and scale our social commerce efforts. From TikTok Shop to live shopping and beyond, you’ll work at the intersection of content, creators, and commerce to drive real results for global brands. You’ll guide clients through innovative strategies, execute with precision, and build out a cutting-edge team and proposition that keeps GoSpooky ahead of the curve.

**What you'll do**
- Lead the development and execution of high-performing social commerce strategies across platforms like TikTok Shop, Instagram, and YouTube,
- Identify trends, test new approaches, and optimize strategies to deliver measurable success for clients.
- Build and nurture a team of social commerce experts, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Expand and manage our network of creators and affiliates, growing an ecosystem that connects brands to the right audiences.
- Help run and oversee live shopping streams, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing audience engagement.
- Be the face of our social commerce proposition: present strategies, insights, and results to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate with our creative and paid social teams to align content and campaign strategies that drive results.
- Stay ahead of social commerce trends, sharing thought leadership and actionable insights both internally and with clients.
- Work closely with leadership to refine and scale our social commerce proposition, making GoSpooky the go-to agency for social-led shopping.

**Who you are**
- **An experienced leader** with 5+ years in e-commerce, social media, or digital marketing, including hands-on experience with social commerce platforms like TikTok Shop.
- **A social commerce expert** who knows the ins and outs of affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, and live shopping.
- **A strategic thinker** who can translate complex trends into actionable strategies that drive client success.
- **A client whisperer** with excellent communication skills, able to guide clients through new strategies and build lasting relationships.
- **A builder** who’s excited to create and scale a team, develop a proposition, and shape the future of social commerce at GoSpooky.
- **A trendspotter** passionate about staying ahead of the latest social platforms and commerce innovations.
- **A hybrid talent** willing to work in Amsterdam (relocation assistance available).
