The employee washes and prepares dishes, glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils for use. He/she (usually) uses an automatic washing/rinsing machine, but also performs manual tasks (e.g. rinsing, polishing). He/she is indispensable for chefs to keep the kitchen running. This means that he/she ensures that all plates, glasses, pans and other dishes are always clean.
