As our **Graduate Trainee Total Rewards,** you will support the Total Rewards team in developing and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programmes across EMEA through data analysis, market research, and effective communication, contributing to ASICS’ goal of fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce.

**How you’ll help us.**

Based out of our **EMEA Headquarters**, just outside of **Amsterdam, Netherlands** and reporting to the **Total Rewards Manager** as part of the role, you’ll:

- Assist in collecting, analysing, and interpreting compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Help in preparing, administering, and tracking various compensation programmes, including base salary, incentives, and other reward schemes.
- Assist in the administration and communication of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programmes.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of HR systems related to Total Rewards, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Help ensure that all compensation and benefits programmes are compliant with local laws and regulations across the EMEA region.
- Assist in various Total Rewards projects, including the annual compensation review process, employee recognition programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**More about you.**
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
