Je fungeert als een vast aanspreekpunt en staat hen bij tijdens hun opdracht(en). Je bent proactief betrokken bij het ondersteunen en het oplossen van eventuele vraagstukken.Organisatie

- Als Service Advisor bij HeadFirst Group ben je onderdeel van het Team Professionals en Partners Services bestaande uit 17 personen. Dit ambitieuze en sociale team werkt veel en op een leuke manier met elkaar samen. We vinden het belangrijk om mooie resultaten met elkaar te behalen en elkaar te stimuleren. Daarom sporten we elke dinsdagmiddag samen met elkaar in onze fitnessruimte. Je hebt een centrale en uitdagende rol binnen onze organisatie, omdat je verantwoordelijk bent voor de relaties met onze ZP’ers en Leveranciers. Zij worden ingezet bij verschillende opdrachtgevers, zoals VodafoneZiggo, Rabobank, Shell en verschillende Ministeries Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen: Accountmanagement, Recruitment en Contractmanagement.Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het begeleiden van ZP’ers en Leveranciers bij de onboarding van ons Platform;
- Draagt zorg voor het administratieve proces in de registratie
- en onboardingsperiode (evt. in samenwerking met de afdeling Contracting);
- Rol bij transities (nieuwe opdrachtgevers) nieuwe ZP’ers en Leveranciers;
- Ondersteuning bij vragen die binnenkomen vanuit ons ticketsysteem (Hubspot)
- Ondersteuning van Professionals en Leveranciers die vragen hebben over de aangeboden Services via onze Professionals en Partners Services Hub (P&PS Hub);- Ondersteuning bij actieve herbemiddeling/ replacement (professionals die uit opdracht lopen en op zoek zijn naar een nieuwe opdracht);
- Rol bij transities (nieuwe opdrachtgevers) nieuwe ZP’ers en Leveranciers;
- Ondersteuning bij Services4all;
- Verantwoordelijk voor het borgen van de samenwerking met interne stakeholders (Contractmanagement, Finance en bijvoorbeeld Recruitment).
Functie-eisen
- Een hbo diploma, of vergelijkbaar werk
- en denkniveau;
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels;
- Skills als commercieel, netwerker, proactief en dienstverlenend;
- Een rijbewijs B (pre).
