Do you have experience as a logistics employee in a dynamic environment? Manus is looking for an all-rounder in the field of logistics. You are a crucial link in the logistics process, and you ensure that all our products are delivered to our customers and colleagues on time. Are you still interested? **What are you going to do**

Manus is a scale-up organization and as a logistics employee you are responsible for various logistics tasks. You ensure that your products are shipped on time and correctly. You arrange parts for various departments, especially for the quality control and production department. Inbound logistics are just as important as outbound logistics. Do you have contact with the customer and DHL about deliveries and collection times. You manage all incoming and outgoing packages, and the warehouse is always organized and tidy. In short, because of you, the logistics process runs smoothly, and you are the center of the company. Your tasks will be:

- Based on the planning, you send products to the customer on time.
- You make sure our products are packed correctly and they will be sent via our regular partner DHL
- You also spend a large part of your time picking orders for other departments, mainly quality control and production. Sometimes you even help them with daily tasks.
- You ensure a tidy and organized warehouse.
- You answer questions from colleagues but also from customers about deliveries.
- In our ERP system you process all deliveries, but also the status of the warehouse with in
- and outgoing goods.
- Counts the total warehouse four times a year in collaboration with the financial department

**Who are you?**
- Is familiar with a start-up / scale-up organization, where you must be used to having many different tasks and can therefore multi-task.
- You enjoy working in an international environment?
- You have already worked with an ERP system or are familiar with Exact. This would be a bonus, but not a must because you can learn on the job.
- You can keep an overview and, in addition to the logistics process, you also enjoy dealing with administration and customer contact.
