WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Service Desk employee you act as the first point of contact for our customers. You will speak to customers on the phone and handle tickets in Jira, the ticket system. You will get to know the company better and better so you can handle tickets independently. Where necessary, you pass on the report to the various operators. You consult with colleagues and inform the customer. Good feedback makes the customer feel truly helped.

WHAT DO WE ASK?
- You stand your "ground" with our customers
- You have at least 2-4 years of experience on a Help or Service Desk
- You are customer friendly & accurate
- You are an expert in communication with customers
