Digital Services Lead

IQIP, the global leader in pile driving and handling equipment, is looking for a Digital Services Lead. Together with our 400 colleagues across the globe, we provide smart and sustainable solutions for a variety of projects. Our work extends both at sea, where we contribute to wind farm and oil & gas projects, and on land, where we engage in projects related to bridges and ports. You will be contributing to leading digital services that improve our operational efficiency worldwide.

**Your work**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Elaborating on data and information flows that match the needs of the processes and departments
- Define use cases for digital initiatives and test (Beta testing) them against the acceptance criteria you have set.
- You act as a point of contact for (custom) software suppliers and partners.
- Act as a liaison between various internal departments and external software suppliers. Define and realize your own roadmap.
- Report on new initiatives and ongoing projects to the management.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of thinking and working, preferably in a Technical field
- Experience with Jira, DevOps, or similar development tools.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, data warehouses, and data structures such as XML and JSON.
- Experience in a cloud-based environment such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language.
