**Senior Agile Portfolio Manager**
As Senior Agile Portfolio Manager you will be part of the European Transformation Group reporting to the Group Lead Europe. The Transformation Group EU is responsible for the processes, products and systems in the region Europe and will work closely with the markets to achieve goals:

- Deliver new strategic capabilities aligned with strategic priorities
- Improve and Standardize processes, products, data, and technology
- Ensure Business Continuity
- Lifecycle Management, Information Security, regulatory compliance

As Senior Agile Portfolio Manager you will support the Group in managing the EU (project) portfolio from a business value generation, financial, and risk perspective. The Senior Agile Portfolio Manager provides insight and oversight to all key stakeholders on portfolio performance. n. Moreover, the Senior Agile Portfolio Manager facilitates the EU Transformation Group Quarterly Business Review with 150+ participants,), and the Group Agile Rituals (Stand-up, Planning and Retrospectives). The Senior Agile Portfolio Manager provides and maintains structure related to governance: intake process and Agile Rituals). Discipline is key. The Senior Agile Portfolio Manager monitors this closely and influences all management layers to ensure the minimum discipline is adhered to. The Senior Agile Portfolio Manager from Strategic Portfolio Management point of view proactively manages key stakeholders. Key stakeholders like EU Transformation Group MT (Group Triangle, Area Triangles and Group members), EU MT members, EU Operations Managers and Corporate functions.

The Senior Agile Portfolio Managers function is a role with many stakeholders being involved and with a wide scope. This makes the role complex and challenging. The Senior Agile Portfolio Manager is a seasoned business lead who can navigate and influence. Identifying and maintaining the comprehensive overview and being able to zoom-in (meanwhile not losing the bigger picture) is essential for success in this position. The scope of the portfolio is complex and large.

**Day to day**:

- Maintain and further improve EU Portfolio Governance
- Execute Strategic Portfolio management activities:

- Strategic Planning
- Maintain Portfolio Flow (Intake process, Agile Rituals, etc.)
- Monitor Portfolio Performance (progress and financial)
- Risk management on portfolio level
- Manage stakeholders and report on Portfolio Performance
- Facilitate Agile Rituals for Group: EU TG QBR, Group stand-up, Group Planning and Group Retrospectives.
- Communicate Portfolio Strategy to key stakeholders in close collaboration with EU Transformation Leadership (Group Triangle and Area Triangles)
- Support Group Triangle and Area Triangles to maintain a complete, accurate backlog for Strategic Portfolio Management and Delivery Management (Azure DevOps).
- Owner of an initiative for a certain initiative required on Group or Area level to drive and coordinate execution.

**Essentials**:

- Proven experience in managing effective governance and related portfolios in a scaled agile framework and / or other agile delivery model.
- Expertise in overseeing the bigger picture (portfolio and budget of >EUR 30M)
- Proven experience in facilitating planning meetings (150+ participants) and quarterly business review meetings.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- Able to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good interpersonal and verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with a collaborative approach and build trust with others.
- Experience working in a geographically distributed and culturally diverse workgroup.

**Extras**:
