**SUMMARY**:
**Job title: Team Leader Warehouse**

**Job purpose**:
As Team Leader in the Warehouse you will manage a team of employees. You make and monitor the planning, divide tasks and ensure that the work is carried out properly. You are the link between the colleagues in your team and the management of the company.

The goal is to create ideal working conditions and ensure that the logistics processes such as: receiving, storage, order picking and shipping are functioning in an optimal manner. You also focus on achieving the right service, quality, costs and of course safety.

Together with the team, you continuously work on improving the organization and processes the activities in the warehouse for an optimal flow of goods and also carries out the activities himself.
