**You get it done**

Being responsible for the costs and revenues related to a flight transport operating within the hi-tech sector: you will be working on it.

How you do this? As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the financial support of the operational teams at our Eindhoven location. In doing so, you ensure that our standard processes run smoothly and you are always looking for a faster, more efficient or smarter way of working. In this position, you have a lot of contact with our financial team in the Netherlands, but also with the support team in Poland. You get this done by:

- identifying discrepancies in invoices and files;
- handling unfinished invoices in agreement with your colleagues abroad;
- analysing and registering discrepancies/complaints concerning invoices;
- guiding and training operational teams regarding invoicing.
