**Who are we?**

At PCS Services NL, everything revolves around extending the lifecycle of equipment. This approach is very 'green,' and more and more brands and companies are seeking these services. Why not use a nearly perfect, gently used laptop or phone? We believe in not discarding anything unless absolutely necessary—that’s in our DNA.

At PCS Services, part of PCS Wireless, we provide a wide range of services for many well-known hardware brands. For example, we perform authorized repairs on laptops and phones from the most popular brands.

Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service and Reporting Representative:
The Customer Service and Reporting Representative is the contact person between and towards the customer (brand, distributor, retailer, reseller, end user) for the day-to-day business of the service for these customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Creating quotations to the customer if request is of out-of-warranty services.
- Create, check, maintain, interpret and analyze reports of the statuses regarding the services per customer.
- Prepare OOW and Claims reports for relevant business lines.
- Ensuring timely, friendly, service-oriented and pro-active communication to the customer and partners.
- Order parts for repair items within the business lines as advised by the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records in the relevant systems.
- Taking the initiative and implementing improvement proposals and communicating this with other departments in the scope.
- Achieving pre-defined SLA and KPI's agreements.
- Request commercial solutions for trademarks if necessary.
- Loan devices management from customers.
- Maintain prices in the system up to date.
- Acts as a backup for the team lead if needed.
- Perform all common activities that can reasonably be expected to be part of this position.

**Personal Requirements plus Education & Experience**:

- Able to work a flexible schedule.
- Education MBO level or equivalent.
- (2) three years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to work with or unsupervised

**Other Skills & Abilities**
- Self-motivating.
- Problem solving.
- Honest and reliable.
- Computer skills.
- Able to work with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Good communication skills.
- Languages: English and Dutch - Essential
