**Over deze vacature**
- Main responsibilities:_
- Conduct market and competition analyses, including desktop research and web searches on competitors and market parties.
- Analyze interesting startups and markets in preparation for conversations with founders.
- Perform financial analysis, build financial models, and contribute to deepening our investment theses on focus areas.
- Evaluate business plans on a financial, strategic, and commercial basis; prepare presentations and investment proposals, and
- Assist in transaction processes, including due diligence, valuation, and preparation of investment proposals.

**De afdeling**

We are a small team consisting of a Fund Manager, an Investment Director, an Investment Manager and an Associate, as well as a general administrative employee. We offer you:

**Jouw achtergrond**
- You have a university degree in a field like Finance, Business, Financial Management, Economics, Econometrics or another related financial-economic field
- You speak two European languages fluently and have a EU work permit
- You are self-starting, a pioneer and have a responsible and innovative mindset;
- Affinity with strategy, venture capital, startups/scale-ups and innovative business models;
- You are a team player and able to work with different types of people;
- You have above average experience with Microsoft Office in general and in particular with Microsoft Excel.

**Klimaatbudget**
- Ben je langer dan 12 maanden in dienst? Dan krijg je €2.500 netto klimaatbudget (bij fulltime dienstverband) om je huis te verduurzamen, duurzaam witgoed te kopen óf bijvoorbeeld een elektrische fiets aan te schaffen. Dit bedrag is bedoeld voor producten en diensten die een bijdrage leveren aan verduurzaming en verbetering van het milieu.

**Persoonlijk keuzebudget**

Je ontvangt maandelijks een persoonlijk keuzebudget, opgebouwd uit 8% vakantietoeslag, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en 3,85% bovenwettelijk verlof. Je kiest zelf op welk moment je dit budget laat uitbetalen, je het gebruikt voor verlofsparen of dat je er vakantie-uren van koopt.
