As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team and support our field operations.

**What will you do?**

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in supporting our directional drilling operations by managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of tools, equipment, and supplies. Your responsibilities will include inventory control, equipment maintenance and preparation, order picking, and ensuring all materials are stored and transported in a safe and organized manner. You will work closely with the drilling and logistics teams to maintain efficient warehouse operations and meet the demands of our field projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, verify, and record incoming shipments of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Manage warehouse inventory and supplies, anticipating project needs and replenishing stock as needed.
- Maintain an organized and accurate inventory.
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to field locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move inventory.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are properly cleaned, inspected, and maintained before dispatch to the field.
- Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and necessary paperwork for outgoing shipments.
- **Quality and Safety Compliance**:

- Comply with QHSE procedures, instructions and regulations
- Actively participate in QHSE Meetings and instructions
- Immediately report hazardous situations, accidents and near misses to management
- Reporting of nonconformities and improvement opportunities to management
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Coordinate with the field and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of materials to support drilling operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and transport companies regarding delivery schedules, inventory needs, and shipment statuses.
- Assist in periodic audits and participate in warehouse improvement initiatives as directed.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- **Education**:

- MBO working and thinking level (preferable in a technical or logistics direction)
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification within the first three months of employment.
- VCA VOL or ability to obtain certification within the first three months of employment.
- NEN 3140 or ability to obtain certification within the first six months of employment.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is preferred; experience in an oil and gas or drilling services environment is highly desirable.
- **Skills and knowledge**:

- Good written and verbal knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse management.
- Familiarity with directional drilling equipment and tools is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping purposes.
- A proactive and positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
