**Vacatureomschrijving**
- Je behandelt vragen en (technische) problemen van de auto.
- Je beoordeelt autoschadeclaims en geeft aan of schade wel of niet toegekend wordt.
- Je plant afspraken in met de garage voor reparaties en het opstellen van diagnoses.
- Je faciliteert klanten bij hun retourrecht.
- Je zet je ervoor in om klanten ondanks schade/klachten een prettige ervaring te bieden.

**Functie-eisen**
- Je bent administratief onderlegd en hebt al ervaring opgedaan in een administratieve functie.
- Je spreekt/schrijft vloeiend Nederlands.
- Je kunt jouw werkzaamheden ook verrichten in het Engels.
- Het reeds hebben van technische autokennis is vereist om deze functie uit te kunnen voeren: Je bent zelfstandig in staat om auto-technische vraagstukken te behandelen en schadeclaims te beoordelen.
- Je kunt goed omgaan met conflicten en klachten.
