**Over de rol**
Als Product Innovation Sourcer ben jij onze ‘antenne’ voor technologische ontwikkelingen wereldwijd. Je volgt nieuwe productietechnieken en -materialen op de voet en vertaalt deze naar concrete innovaties binnen onze organisatie. Je adviseert proactief over kansen en mogelijkheden om onze producten te verbeteren en kosten beheersbaar te houden. Daarbij gebruik je jouw sociale vaardigheden om de afdelingen productontwikkeling met inkoop te verbinden en jouw technische inzicht om innovatieve ideeën tot uitvoer te brengen. Zo draag je direct bij aan ons succes en bouw je mee aan de toekomst van bedrijfswageninterieurs.

**“Jouw visie en connecties helpen ons om duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen te vinden die onze positie in de automotive sector versterken.”**:
**Wat ga je doen?**:

- Spotten van nieuwe materialen, technologieën en markttrends, wat moet resulteren in ideeën voor productinnovatie;
- Zowel het wereldwijde web afspeuren als internationale beurzen en leveranciers bezoeken;
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van een netwerk met deze leveranciers en marktvernieuwers.
- Vertalen van jouw bevindingen naar toepassingen en onze uitdagingen naar oplossingen;
- Samenwerken met interne teams om nieuwe ideeën te evalueren.

**Wat heb je hiervoor nodig?**:

- Affiniteit met de automotive sector;
- Creatief, nieuwsgierig en oplossingsgericht denkvermogen;
- Een resultaatgerichte houding met een gezonde dosis assertiviteit en zelfredzaamheid;
- Enige kennis van materialen, productontwikkeling en logistieke processen;
- Een afgeronde, technische HBO studie;
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse
- én Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
- Enige handigheid met CAD software is een pré.
