We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Webshop Employee to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our online store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**: Process online orders efficiently, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
- **Product Listings**: Update and maintain product listings on the webshop, including descriptions, prices, and stock levels.
- **Inventory Management**: Track inventory levels, coordinate with the stores and warehouse teams to manage stock, and handle returns and exchanges.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience with webshops or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality customer support.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and website updates.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

**Working Hours**:

- **Work hours**: Only weekdays.
- **Full-Time/Part-Time**: Both full-time and part-time positions are available based on your availability and our requirements.
