Are you an experienced digital strategist with a passion for **leveraging the power** **communities** and authentic content to drive business? Are you able to** laser-target** influential voices within communities and amplify their impact?

With clients such as Levi’s, Airbnb, Zalando, IKEA and Samsung, oona is a **leading agency** in the Benelux. Our goal is to **t**urn brands into community heroes**. Therefore we combine five unique strategic capabilities: content creation, earned media, influencer marketing, social media and performance marketing. We have the ambition to further increase our clients’ impact and accelerate the growth of the agency in the coming 3 years.

We are looking for a **Digital Strategy Lead to lead our performance team** and guide our clients towards impactful storytelling.

**WHAT'S THE J**OB?**:

- **Coach and challenge an experienced team** of fine performance marketers, fostering a culture of learning by doing
- ** Craft compelling client proposals** for paid social and digital strategy, leveraging content, tools and platforms across the digital landscape, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok etc
- ** Co-create** comprehensive strategies that deliver results with our content, earned media and influencer marketing teams. **Amplify our creative work** on socials
- Become a **trusted sparring partner** at senior level f**or our clients’ digital needs**:

- ** Inspire the teams** with new possibilities on an ever-increasing range of technology and social media platforms. Remain at the forefront of the industry's best practices, emerging trends, and innovations, infusing this knowledge into the agency and client approach
- Set a roadmap to **accelerate the development of the performance capability** within the agency
- Understand how to i**nterpret data analytics** to derive actionable insights, continuously refining and advancing our digital strategies
- Understand which **performance metrics** matter, providing insights for continuous improvement

**WHO ARE YOU?**:

- A strategist with **8+ years of experience** in a marketing or communication agency setting
- A **holistic view** on marketing and brands beyond the performance expertise, a true appreciation for authentic content and creativity
- The ability to **laser-target communities** and drive stories within these communities
- An entrepreneurial **can-do mentality**. A **proven track record** in coaching teams to rise above themselves
- ** Good communication** skills: the unique capability to articulate complex strategies into a story everybody would understand
- Proficient in developing and **evaluating performance marketing strategies** that significantly impact user acquisition, retention, and revenue
- Profound knowledge of the **Google suite tools**: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Looker Studio and Google Tag Manager
- Up-to-date knowledge of** advertising on platforms** such as Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok for Business, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads
