YOUR TASKS
Coordinating the operational compliance, working with our security systems, based on three pillars: security organization, systems and technology, and compliance (internal and external). This enables us to protect our customers' items and their intellectual capital. Coordinating the integrated approach and collaboration between various parties regarding the security of Arvato locations in the Netherlands. In-depth involvement in safety policy, systems and techniques, legislation, and collaboration with external organizations supporting Arvato in the field of security. Managing and coordinating security suppliers. Improving quality and managing the budget. Documenting risks through risk analyses and reports, providing support to the Operations Manager in taking actions. Communicating with both external and internal stakeholders. Ensuring business continuity management. Maintaining required operational quality standards, supporting audits, and maintaining certifications such as TAPA-A. Monitoring safety standards and providing work instructions for operations and external suppliers.
YOUR PROFILE
HBO-level of education. Achieved through either a completed vocational education (MBO) and work experience in a similar environment, Or a completed HBO-level education such as Integral Security Management, Facility Management or Business Administration; Proficiency in MS Office, SAP (or similar software). Affinity and knowledge with technology, camera systems, detection/alarm systems and access control systems. Knowledge of TAPA-A certifications; Affinity with business continuity management / crisis management Research skills to enhance security levels Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English languages; Ability to advise and motivate both external and internal stakeholders.
