About the job

As a Digital Marketing Metabolics intern, you will support with accelerating & unlocking growth through our digital marketing in the Metabolics category of our Specialized Nutrition business. We want to accelerate sustainable growth of the Metabolics category through establishment of strong digital presence, and drive digital connection with HCPs and patients to increase reach and frequency versus our competition.

Digital has been identified as key driver for patient and HCP engagement to build a competitive advantage in the Metabolics category, E-commerce as fastest growing channel and digital communications/services as growth enabler. The Metabolics category needs a fresh and entrepreneurial approach to excite Healthcare professionals (HCP) and patient target audiences. In this internship, you will be building competitive advantage through digital leadership, and driving preference and intention of our key brands: Anamix, Milupa, GMPro, Lophlex.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Supporting transformation of Metabolics digital landscape, services and content
- Bring new insights into competition’s digital landscape, services and content
- Work with the team to implement various elements of the digital strategy and support in formalizing global guidelines
- Support in managing global content hub to enable quick and efficient content sharing with CBUs
- Animate the Metabolics community via internal channels, monthly country meetings as well as a monthly newsletter

About you
You are a student in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business Studies or another related field. You have strong experience in digital marketing / content/ channels. You have strong project management skills. Background in e-commerce a plus. You are digitally fluent.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

- Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
- Ideally available to start in September 2024 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
- You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
- You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office;
- Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

**We Offer**

As a Digital Marketing Metabolics intern, you will:

- Understand how to implement and roll out various elements of digital strategy in the context of a global organization
- Understand how to uncover and evaluate the online activities of competitors
- Learn how to collect, assess & develop compelling content with a hybrid of online and offline assets
- Understand how to adjust messaging and content towards HCP and patient audiences
- Gain experience in working with diverse teams across countries and functions

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
- Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
