As a fleet planner at Van den Bosch, you are responsible for the daily management of our drivers. You will be part of Team Trucking within one of our divisions, together with your fellow fleet planners and truck planners. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for the operational coordination of (inter)national transports within the Benelux and Germany. You will be working at our head office in Erp, the Netherlands.

As a fleet planner you are responsible for monitoring the planning made by your fellow truck planners for a set of trucks within the Benelux countries and (part of) Germany. It is your job to ensure good coordination between the truck planners, the Customer Service team and the drivers. A proactive attitude and clear communication are therefore indispensable. You work with an advanced planning system (Quintiq), in which you record all the necessary information correctly.

We do not expect you to know all the ins and outs of bulk transport yet. To get to know Van den Bosch and our industry, you will first of all participate in the extensive introduction program. When this has been completed, you will join your colleagues to learn on the job. In this position it is important that you have a strong character and can quickly switch between tasks to keep the operation running successfully.

**Your profile**:

- You have relevant knowledge of logistics gained from work experience, education and/or interest
- Experience as a planner, affinity with transport is a must
- You have a bachelor degree
- Good command of the English language, Dutch and German are a plus
- Strong with systems
