Engineering Assistant

**Tasks**:

- Preparation of technical documentation and publications, data sheets, specifications, manuals and instructions
- Review and editing of technical documents, specifications and data sheets
- Coordination and consolidation of documentation packages for certification, licensing, permits, customer data packages and logistics
- Managing procurements with suppliers and manufacturers; quotes, technical documents, delivery logistics and quality requirements
- Working with an ERP system for procurement: purchase requests, purchase orders, supplier details, stock and inventory, delivery and reception logs
- Managing the workshop and warehouse inventory: delivery receptions, stock intake, inventory counts, tracking and organization

**Requirements**:

- CFC business administration or a BS in engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong aptitude for technical documentation: as both an author and editor
- Very good written and verbal skills in English & Dutch: French and German are highly valued
- Excellent organizational skills
- High Service Orientation and hands-on, solution-driven mindset with a structured approach
