**Global License Administrator (Part-time 0,7 FTE)**:

- To accommodate our growth, we are looking for a Global License Administrator, located in our headquarters in Nijmegen. In this role, you are responsible for the control and correct and timely processing of customer orders in our systems. Are you a administrative and customer-aware team player? Then we would love to have you in our team_

The global order desk is the center where we deliver and keep track of all the active licenses. In this role as Global License Administrator you are part of the global order desk and an expert on the processes and systems related to License Holders, License(key)s and defined requirements for order validation. You will contribute to the continuous improvement projects of related processes and you are responsible for an up-to-date and compliant administration. Next to this you are the process owner of all order desk related activities and coordinator of colleagues who support the order desk.

As Finance department we want to be the reliable and pro-active business partner for the Planon organisation and the outside stakeholders. We keep on developing your competences and we want you to deliver consistent and quality performance.

**You successfully fulfil your role by**:

- Maintaining up-to-date and compliant License holder and License key administration;
- Administer licenses and orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Providing adequate support and up-to-date knowledge of systems and processes;
- Ensure clear and up-to-date instructions for all Order desk activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient procedures;
- Validating incoming orders to ensure compliance with established requirements.
