ABOUT THE JOB

As a Housing Planner, you are responsible for the complete capacity planning of our accommodation for all OTTO Work Force locations. You decide about the distribution of the accommodation(s) considering present situation and future possibilities and analyzing the aspects as costs, transport options, geographic spread and others. You also cooperate with department/colleagues responsible for purchasing new locations and with the OnSite branches by providing your professional advice about optimal planning and mínimal vacancy of the accommodations and/or beds. The right combination of enthusiasm, analytical thinking and perseverance ensure that you are successful in this position.
- **What are you going to do exactly?**_
- You are responsible for short and long-term planning of the accommodations/beds;
- You make analysis about the housing of labor migrants and make a translate it into a specific action plan;
- You are responsible for the correct planning, management and optimization of vacant accommodations/beds;
- You ensure high-quality and accurate registration of data in our Quintiq system;
- You work proactively in problematic situations and maintain correct information processing while acting quickly and ensuring adequate follow-up to your managers, OnSite branches and external partners.
- **Who are you and what can you contribute to the company?**_

You have keen and strong personality. You spontaneously go the extra mile. Additionally:

- Secondary professional education (MBO) level of analysis and work;
- Possession of a valid B category driver’s license;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Flexibility, client-orientation and strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good command of the English language. Knowledge of another language, such as
- Dutch, Slovak, Bulgarian, Romanian is welcome
