**Short description of the work field**:
We are expanding our Product & Pricing team in Amsterdam and are seeking a Data Analyst - Product & Pricing to join our commercial organization. In this role, you will generate valuable insights supporting our European commercial teams and ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of data. You will play a key role in structuring and maintaining data to enable reporting and analysis in areas such as pricing, sales, product, and market intelligence.
This position reports directly to the Product & Pricing Lead Europe.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between pricing and product analysts and other departments.
- Be part of a team culture of innovation and collaboration.
Price & Product Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze and report on price and product performance across all our product categories.
- Maintain databases and EU commercial conditions, customer price exceptions, and prices in SAP.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and user-friendly analytical tools.
- Conduct analyses based on operational activities, including sales outlooks and forecasts.
- Track key performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making
Drive Innovation
- Improve the usage Excel, SAP, and Power BI to enhance data management and reporting processes.
- Perform data cleaning, preparation, and integration to ensure the reliability of insights.
- University degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
- Expertise in marketing intelligence, big data, and reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with working with SAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with a trustworthy and accurate work ethic.
- Tyre or automotive industry knowledge is a plus.
