**Autonomous Phlebotomy Trial Assistant**

**Wie zijn wij?**

Vitestro is een medische robotica scale-up in Utrecht. We ontwikkelen een apparaat dat volledig autonoom, echo-geleid bloed kan prikken bij patiënten. Dit is een innovatieve doorbraak Tot nu toe hebben zo’n 2500 proefpersonen deelgenomen aan eerdere trials.

Na jaren ontwikkeling zal per oktober 2024 het apparaat geïmplementeerd worden op de bloedafnameafdeling. Het apparaat zal voor het eerst in de praktijk worden ingezet in Amsterdam. Ondertussen zullen we doorlopend onderzoek blijven doen om het apparaat iteratief te blijven verbeteren.

Wij zijn hiervoor per direct op zoek naar gemotiveerde en consciëntieuze starters / studenten die

(1) patiënten kunnen begeleiden bij de autonome bloedafname en

(2) de uitvoer van studie kunnen leiden op locatie.

**Wat ga je doen?**

Als **Autonomous Phlebotomy Trial Assistant **ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse begeleiding van patiënten bij de autonome bloedafname. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met een collega van de bloedafname-afdeling. Je zult fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor zowel patiënten als medewerkers op de bloedafname-afdeling. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen en invoeren van de studiedata.

Jouw taken bestaan uit:

- Patiënten begeleiden bij de autonome bloedafname
- Het apparaat in gereedheid brengen voor gebruik gedurende de dag
- Studiedata bijhouden in Castor EDC
- Rapporteren van bevindingen aan Vitestro’s Clinical Product Specialist(s) en Customer Care Specialist(s)

Voor de start van de werkzaamheden volg je een training, zodat je goed voorbereid bent en weet je wat je kunt verwachten.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Starter of student met een medisch opleidingsprofiel (technische) geneeskunde, verpleegkunde, biomedische wetenschappen of vergelijkbaar
- Communicatief vaardig en empathisch
- Affiniteit met medische robotica en medische technologie
- Interesse in de uitvoering en coördinatie van klinisch onderzoek
- Nauwkeurig en bent analytisch
- Ervaring met Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is een pré
- Je bent per 1 oktober fulltime (40u/week) beschikbaar op maandag-vrijdag (08.00-16.30) voor een mínimale duur van 4 maanden
- Je bent hepatitis B gevaccineerd
