The Global Logistics Procurement Manager Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) is part of an incredible diverse procurement team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. Reporting to the Global Logistics Procurement Manager, your role will be crucial in shaping our impact in the value chain as you will be responsible for a strategic direction and delivery of best in class results in the Warehouse & Distribution portfolio.

**_ Key responsibilities include:_**
- _ Develop robust global category _**_sourcing strategies _**_and_**_ long-term roadmap_**_, lead execution and track benefits realization._
- **_ Deliver Value _**_through the most competitive cost & cash supply base, in compliance with _**_ESG targets_**:

- _ Manage _**_supplier selection_**_ process, _**_negotiate_**_ & _**_contract_**_ key suppliers and ensure contracts execution._
- **_ Deliver non-negotiable excellence in Service & Quality _**_and_**_ _**_seamless implementation of identified projects_**_ _**:

- _Proactively manage _**_supplier relationships_**_ to deliver cost & cash results to drive continuous improvement and position JDE as a customer of choice._
- **_ Build great cross-functional relationships with your key internal clients, _**_across regions, functions and business units to maximize value and drive continuous improvement._
- _ Build/maintain in depth _**_knowledge of the market_**_ _

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Procurement and/or Logistics
- Track record of delivering “best in class cost and cash results” with a focus on total cost of ownership
- Proven success in leading cross functional teams and delivering complex projects with a continuous improvement mindset
- Robust project management and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong contract management skills
- Excel in fast-paced environments, embracing change and navigating ambiguity with ease.
