We are now looking for a full-time **Quality Control Technician**to join our team in Amsterdam.

In this role, you will monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing orders at our cross-dock platform. You will contribute to the satisfaction of our most important customers and assist in the key continuous improvement efforts.

**What you will do**:

- Manage the cross-docking platform quality control activity
- Perform daily visual / dimensional inspections on our orders
- Improve our existing inspection procedures & workflows (incl. escalation rules)
- Update defect books to document / classify defects in order to feed our Manufacturing Guidelines
- Improve the existing inspection templates
- Work on the inspection process automation
- Follow up Manufacturing Partner corrective action plans when quality issues

**What it takes**:

- 0-1 years of experience or you want to learn about Quality Control
- You want to develop expertise in Quality Management
- You are fluent in English
- You are excited about gaining hands-on experience
- You are detail oriented, autonomous and not afraid of making decisions
