**Financial Accountant Analyst**
- Stage Entertainment, founded in 1998, is a first-class theatrical production company focusing on musical theater in Europe. We own and operate a network of 16 theaters where we produce some of the best-known musicals titles developed by international partners and its creative teams, such as Aladdin, Hamilton, Mamma Mia and Disney’s The Lion King. - We are looking for a_**_ Financial Accountant/Analyst _**_to strengthen our Group Finance team:_
- This role will be an interesting combination of Accounting & Reporting and Treasury hence challenging, divers and a great opportunity to get to know the business and develop your personal skills._
- You will be responsible for the accounting, administration and reporting of a holding company and jointly with the Group Finance Team, for cash management, banking set-up and strategic Treasury initiatives.**_Role & Responsibilities:_**
- The Financial Accountant / Analyst is amongst others responsible for:_
- Accounting & Reporting_
- _ Maintaining the administration of a holding company in Workday Finance._
- _ Monthly reporting for consolidation purposes. _
- _Obtaining of intercompany transactions and ensure balance reconcile. _
- _Invoicing and collection of external and internal revenue._
- _ Filing of tax (VAT) returns jointly with the Group Tax Manager._
- _ Maintaining clean and adequately supported balance sheet positions. _
- _Various admin activities related to other core activities. _
- _Prepare jointly with Directors the annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly business report._
- Treasury_
- Consolidating, analyzing and reporting periodic Group cash flow and liquidity forecast.
- Contact with corporate cash management banks for:

- Bank account administration.
- Management and optimization of the bank account structure and cash pool.
- Cash management activities,
- Security administrator for online banking systems.
- Interface point for internal partners (i.e., AP, Payroll, Tax and Legal) and banks.
- _ Assisting with bank integration with the Workday Finance._
- _ Assisting in the development of corporate policies and processes._
- _ Identifying productivity and efficiency improvements._

**_This is what you bring:_**
- _ Bachelor degree in Finance_
- Experienced financial accountant with 4-6 years experience.
- _ Good knowledge and understanding of IFRS._
- _ Familiarity with cash management is an advantage. _
- _Strong Excel skills and preferable experience with Workday Finance. _
- _Work experience in an international setting and fluent in English._
- _ Eye for detail but also able to take a helicopter view and strong analytical skills._
- _ Pro-active independent self-starter taking initiative and ownership._
- _ Flexible and agile in work approach easily adapting to changes._
- _ Hands-on and structured._
- _ Good communicator and team player._
