How to succeed as Head Waiter at Ferilli’s Hospitality Group;_**
- Proven experience as a waiter(ess) in a high-end or fine dining Italian restaurant or motivation and willingness to learn and develop
- In-dept knowledge of Italian cuisine and ingredients
- Strong teambuilding skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your colleagues
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising in quality
