As a Partner Manager Delivery Partners, you ensure the best possible delivery experience for our customers.

**How do I become a Partner Manager Delivery Partners at Coolblue?**

As a Partner Manager for Delivery Partners, you are responsible for building and maintaining the partnership with one or more delivery partners with the goal of achieving the highest possible First Time Right delivery rate at the lowest possible cost. You are excellent at negotiating and adept at advocating for Coolblue's interests. You design and improve existing processes and initiate and implement new projects in our domain together with our delivery partners and other Coolblue domains. Do you enjoy working in an international environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders and our delivery partners to achieve the best possible delivery experience? **You enjoy doing this**
- Being the face of Coolblue to our delivery partners, continuously challenging them to deliver the highest possible delivery quality
- Ensuring that we achieve great results, both for the customer and for Coolblue, with a creative approach Improving processes
- Together with a team of experts, other domains such as warehousing and returns, and with our delivery partners
- Analyzing which improvements we can implement to increase our First Time Right rate Implementing new delivery partners and delivery options to serve our customers even better

**You recognize yourself in the following**
- University-level work and thinking skills
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Experience in project management with various stakeholders, both internal and external
- Experience with or at a parcel delivery service is a plus
- You enjoy working in a data-driven manner: you are analytically strong
- You are excellent in communication, both in Dutch and English
- You are a skilled negotiator
- You enjoy managing external relationships at a strategic level
