Within our Logistics & Expedition Planning department we are looking for a Planner. Will you join us in our mission to drive the future of mobility together?

**Your responsibilities**:
As our Planner Logistics & Expedition, you will be responsible for planning, follow up and administratively processing of logistics and expedition processes. You work together with four colleagues and report to the team lead.

Here's what you'll do:

- Planning, managing and administratively processing (returnable) packaging including inventory management and re-ordering.
- Reviewing order information, daily scheduling and preparation of customer orders for picking and packing in the warehouse.
- Planning, document preparation and processing of all transports to customers.
- Communication with various external parties (e.g. logistics service provider), and coordinating internally with the warehouse and other departments such as customer service and production control.
- Process owner of various processes within specialization: continuous improvement, process documentation (according to IATF) and leading projects.

**Your qualifications**:
In your role as Planner, you play a crucial role for the business. You have excellent communication skills, which allows you to communicate both internally and externally towards customers and suppliers. You are hands-on and are actively looking for process improvement opportunities.

Other qualifications:

- A completed Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration / logistics / supply chain, or comparable work experience in a relevant position.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, German is a big plus.
- Good IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, ERP).
- Familiar with logistics, transportation & distribution processes.
- Basic knowledge of customs formalities and import/export processes.
