**Position Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and organized Coordinator Enrichment Projects to join our Delivery team. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently, helping to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations. **What will you do?**

As Coordinator Enrichment Projects you are responsible for the coordination of enrichment projects, including managing external (annotation) parties and carrying out (or having carried out) quality checks. Your key tasks include planning project activities, assigning tasks to external project members, monitoring progress, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and reporting project progress to stakeholders.

You play a crucial role in ensuring that enrichment projects are completed within set deadlines, specifications and quality standards. You will be joining a small team of specialists working on the proper delivery of said projects.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate project activities and monitor progress.
- Instruct (external) annotators and provide support.
- Perform and/or coordinate quality checks.
- Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and gather feedback.
- Report on the status of projects and update documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

**What do you bring?**

You understand the ins and outs of a scale-up and the interests at play in the organization. You know how to communicate effectively and manage tight deadlines without losing sight of the quality of delivery.

In addition, you bring the following things with you:

- You have at least HBO thinking and working level;
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination or similar position (preferably within the infrastructure or GEO/GIS industry)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written in English, Dutch is a plus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and to prioritize effectively.

- A year contract that we intend to convert into a permanent contract in case of mutual satisfaction.
