**About Investor Relations**:
**Investor relations (IR) is a strategic function within ASM, combining various disciplines such as finance and communication. You will be responsible for the flow of information between our company and the financial community, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders - in particular investors and analysts.**

**Main tasks**:
**Your key focus areas will be on analytical activities and IR processes, such as**:

- Assisting with preparation of financial reporting materials, including investor presentations, press releases and annual report
- Preparing and analyzing broker consensus; peer & industry analyses
- Monitor news, share price developments, and broker reports on peers and our industry
- Assisting with CRM updates, IR statistics & reports
- Regularly updating IR website
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally (finance, legal, marketing, people, sustainability)
- Preparing written materials, such as memos, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel analyses

**Job requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business, or strong affinity with finance
- Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellence in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Strong team player, curious, positive, open minded
- Ability to identify and implement improvements in efficiency
