**The Role: Operator, Hoofddorp**

As an Operator, you’ll be a key player in our mission to revolutionise têxtiles. Working closely with the Technical Manager and senior team, you’ll report to a Shift Leader and be at the heart of our machine operations. Don’t worry if you’re new to this kind of work—our team is here to help you learn and grow. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Learning to create and update SOPs (standard operating procedures) for our machines
- Operating dyeing and other machinery while keeping a close eye on cleanliness and safety
- Getting involved in the start-up and shutdown of equipment
- Assisting with preventive and routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
- Following and promoting safe work practices
- Helping with various tasks in the factory to keep everything running smoothly

**What You Bring**
- Fluent English or fluent in Dutch with a good understanding of English.
- Interest in learning how to operate complex, high-tech machinery
- Previous experience in a factory or machine environment is a bonus, but not required
- Familiarity with têxtiles or dyeing is great but not necessary—enthusiasm to learn is key
- Skills we value: attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, safety awareness, and good communication, ability to work with technical complex machinery

**What We Offer**
- **Salary**: €2400 - 2900 gross per month
- **Full-time schedule**: Monday - Friday, 40 hours
- **Work hours**: For now, day shifts only (with potential rotating shifts in the future either 6am or 2pm start)
