**About the Job**

As CAPEX & FCF Controller you are a key member of the Globally managed Specialized Nutrition operations finance team. Your key focus will be:

- CAPEX Management. You will oversee all financial planning and analysis related to CAPEX and leases for SN Global Supply Points. You will partner with CAPEX and Engineering teams to ensure CAPEX and lease planning aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Free Cash Flow (FCF) Management. You will monitor and lead cash flow actuals and forecasting. You will provide thorough analyses and visibility to stakeholders during executive reviews to enhance cash flow performance. You will collaborate closely with operations, factories, SN GSP Finance lead and C&P to improve cash performance. You will provide training and support to local finance teams on cash management.
- Strategic Project Management. You will prepare and manage budget for strategic projects. You will collaborate with project managers to ensure financial alignment with project goals. You will monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders to support decision-making. You will continuously improve processes and work on digitalizing dashboards for stakeholders.
- Financial Reporting. You will optimize and prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive reviews to facilitate strategic decision-making.

About you
To be successful in this role, you have relevant Finance experience in a complex, multinational context (factory/operations controlling is a plus) and Academic degree and working level with a track record of performance.

You have experience in cash management / working capital management.

You are challenged by creating value-adding business insights from complex data that enhance strategy and decision making.

You feel comfortable with in a can-do and action-oriented work environment and like to take initiative and ownership to drive continuous improvement.

You are a natural communicator with strong analytical skills, creative and confident in managing a large and diverse range of stakeholders in both finance as non-finance teams.

Furthermore Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is also required.
