Voor ons hoofdkantoor zijn wij op zoek naar een Business Application Manager. Als Business Application Manager krijg je de kans om echt impact te maken in een omgeving waar eerlijkheid, toewijding en persoonlijk contact centraal staan.

**Business Application Manager**:

- 40 uur, Hoofddorp_

**De belangrijkste werkzaamheden**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het Cirfood informatie systeem bestaande uit ERP, CRM,Kassasystemen, Delegate, API koppelingen partners, Benque;
- Je ondekt zelfstandig, samen met collega’s of met leveranciers oplossingen om de systemen beter in te richten;
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt in de organisatie bij vragen, incidenten of storingen op ICT gebied;
- Je werkt nieuwe processen/workflows;
- Je stelt werkinstructies en gebruikersdocumentatie op en onderhoudt deze ook.

**Jij bent onze perfecte match als je**:

- Minimaal een mbo opleiding;
- 3 tot 6 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst of als Business Application Manager;
- Je hebt ervaring met projectmatig werken;
- Ben je ITIL gecertificeerd dan is dat een pre;
- Je hebt een felxibele werkhouding en je bent scherp op verbeteringen;
- Herkent de verschillende belanghebbenden en weet hierin op verbindende wijze te opereren;
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een must. Engels taal is een pre.
