**About this vacancy**:
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in understanding and analyzing business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive business solutions.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Ensure that requirements are clear, complete, and align with business goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization. Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business units, technical teams, and external partners. Ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
**What we expect from you**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, data visualization tools). Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in stakeholder management.
