Full-time - Amsterdam (East and West)

**Wat houdt jouw baan in**:
Als Jr. Operational Buyer maak je onderdeel uit van het Procurement Team Amsterdam. Het team bestaat op dit moment uit een Strategic Buyer & Teamlead, Strategic Buyer, Buyer en Facility Coördinator, en wij zijn op zoek naar een Jr. Operational Buyer. Met jouw administratieve skills ondersteun je de collega’s, maar jij zorgt er ook voor dat de operationele inkoopactiviteiten uitgevoerd kunnen worden binnen de richtlijnen van Evos, zodanig dat goederen en diensten op een effectieve en efficiënte wijze worden ingekocht. Uiteraard hou je hierbij rekening met de prijs-/kwaliteitverhoudingen, betrouwbaarheid en levertijd. Je kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:
- Actueel houden van systemen, procedures en leveranciersbestanden, zodanig dat inzicht wordt verkregen in de behoefte aan goederen en diensten;
- Maken en actueel houden van afspraken met leveranciers v.w.b. te verlenen kortingen op bestellingen voor goederen en diensten, zodanig dat d.m.v. eenvoudige bestelprocedures
deze goederen tijdig beschikbaar komen;
- Bewaken van het nakomen van afspraken inzake geplaatste orders door leveranciers, zodanig dat leveringsproblemen tijdig worden onderkend;
- Leveren van een bijdrage aan, initiëren en uitvoeren van verbeteringen m.b.t. het inkoopproces, zodanig dat bijgedragen wordt aan een professionele inrichting en stroomlijning van de inkoopafdeling;
- Controleren en aanpassen van mutaties in ons systeem, denk hierbij aan prijs
- en leveranciersgegevens;
- Beheren van contracten;
- Beheren en muteren van de lokale catalogue, rapporteren omtrent prestaties van leveranciers zoals vastgelegd in het systeem;
- Ondersteunen van de Strategic Buyers bij de inkoop van goederen en diensten waarvoor geen afroepcontract beschikbaar is. Dit doe je op basis van concrete aanvragen vanuit de organisatie, zodanig dat deze tijdig, tegen optimale condities en volgens verlangde specificaties ter beschikking komen.**Een goede pensioen-regeling.**
