Sodastream NLC is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced **Maintenance Foreman **to join its Sparkling team In this role, you are responsible for leading and coaching the maintenance team.

The maintenance team is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment (including facilities) within the building and factory

From the Netherlands Logistics Centre in Tilburg (NLC), we are refilling and distributing gas cylinders and packaging and distributing SodaStream products according to forecasts in the European markets.

**What will you do?**

As maintenance foreman you and your team of maintenance technicians are making sure the production and supporting equipment and buildings are in good condition for the NLC Tilburg site. The **Maintenance Foreman **will be responsible to lead and support the team. We are looking for someone with an open mind and ideas to improve our maintenance plan. You will focus on:
Working with with your technicians, training and improving your technicians, aligning the way of working and creating best practices. You will spend the majority of your days on the production floor / the maintenance workshop.

Besides you will spend your office time on organizing/prioritizing the work orders, focus on safety; ensure safety protocols are implemented and followed. Carry out a preventive maintenance program; maintain a critical spare items list and ordering materials and Contact and manages subcontractors.

You will collaborate with the local Engineering department/the Engineer department in HQ and production leadership. You will report to the Maintenance Manager.

- You have at least MBO level (electrical/mechanical or electromechanical)
- You have a minimum of 3 years of industrial manufacturing/FMCG experience;
- You have experience in managing maintenance teams;
- You are familiar with regulatory requirements for safe work and equipment operation;
- You are comfortable communicating in English, verbal and written.
