We are currently looking for a **Customer Driver** to join us at our facility in **Tiel, Gelderland.**

As a driver your day start at our location in Tiel. Every day you transport our goods across the Netherlands using a delivery truck (VW crafter or transporter). It is important to deliver all goods on time and to be customer oriented.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Determining the correct and most efficient route in consultation with the Warehouse Manager
- Transporting the Paint & Non-Paint products in a truck in accordance with the ADR guidelines
- Regularly checking the delivery van according to the "Guidelines for checking delivery vans"
- Performing work in accordance with the "Guidelines for checks on delivery vans"
- Taking care of and being responsible for the correct content of safety articles on the basis of the overview on the "Driver's declaration.’’
- Loading and maintaining the truck in the correct way
- Keeping the route document up to date
- Reporting irregularities to the planning department
- Value added services at customer location
- CSB: Delivery of the packages / goods at the destination
- CSW: Putting goods away/putting them in the correct place at the customer according to the first-in-first-out principle
- Having the customer sign for receipt of the goods
- Collecting RMAs, repairs, and car body parts
- Collecting waste disposal from the customer
- Processing the waste disposal in a safe way
- Answering questions from the customer
- Wearing personal protective equipment
- Regularly visually checking the operation of the equipment
- At the request of the Warehouse Manager, carrying out work other than the normal activities in the event of understaffing of the department or for other compelling reasons, in all reasonableness and fairness
- If in doubt about, or having problems with, the performance of the work, contacting the Warehouse Manager
- Observing work, quality and environmental regulations, as well as taking care of one's own delivery van and the material entrusted to it
- Cleaning the truck inside and out at least once a week
- Refuelling the truck including entering the mileage at each refuelling
- Management, maintenance and taking responsibility for tools such as navigation, hand truck, mobile phone
- Truck must be parked at the branch office in the evenings and weekends, unless agreed otherwise
- Truck must be parked at the branch during holidays
- Immediately report any damage to the delivery van or the truck to the Warehouse Manager and Fleet Management and always fill in a damage form on the spot
- Making a constructive contribution to branch meetings and other consultative structures
- Replacing the Field service rep. driver in case of illness/holiday

**Key requirements**:

- Primary education - Vocational education with 2 years relevant work experience (LBO- MBO)
- Driving license B/E
- Pre: driving license C (E), code 95, digital driver card and ADR
- Transporting Paint & Non-Paint products according to the instructions
- Collecting packs / goods to be delivered based on the transport document
- Scanning packs in easy delivery app
- Representative
- Knowledge of work, quality and safety regulations
- Knowledge of ADR regulation for distribution purposes
- Perform physical (heavy) work

- Dutch in speech and in writing
