**Organisatie**

For an international production company in Weert we’re looking for a Financial Controller. In this role, you are the linking pin between Financial Control and the Transactional team. The focus is on improving processes within the transactional team. The finance team consists of 14 employees, and you report to the Group Controller. We are looking for someone with the potential to grow into the role of Group Controller.

**Functie**
- Manage the monthly reporting for international entities;
- Preparing a monthly consolidated reporting to Group (IFRS);
- Ensure statutory compliance for international entities and coordinate the audits;
- Preparing the statutory consolidated Annual Report;
- Enhance the internal control framework;
- Prepare cashflow forecast for month and full year;
- For assigned cost centers manage the financial planning & reporting process;
- Assist in further improving fiscal compliance (CIT, VAT, Transfer Pricing) and the tax framework;
- Act as a sparring partner to Group Financial Control, FP&A manager and other stakeholders.

**Functie-eisen**
- HBO in Economics, Accounting or similar
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar or relevant position
- You are a team player, who sees it as a challenge to work in an international environment
- You have a real continuous improvement mindset and are willing to grow
- You are results-oriented, driven and have a hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills in English, other languages are considered a plus
- Fulltime available (32 hours is possible)

**Aanbod**

Salary between €60.000- €71.000;
- (incl. 13 month and holiday pay), 39 holidays, flexible working hours, bonus between 4-10%, pension scheme and development and growth opportunities.
