**Purpose**

Reporting into the Finance Manager: Ops & Supply-Chain as part of a maternity role cover, you will partner with the business to understand our performance, benchmark and identify opportunities for efficiencies or cost-optimization across Medline International’s supply chain. With strong financial foundation and future growth ambitions, this is a unique opportunity to join a growing Finance organization with the ability and intention to influence strategy and direction.

This role involves analysing and investigating complex financial information and projects. Based on your knowledge, research and work with other business partners, you will provide financial decision-making support, recommendations and solutions for improved business results to senior management.

**How can you help us?**
- Analyze financial results, trends and metrics on a regular basis with monthly commentary;
- Communicate and engage with Ops & Supply chain leadership on results and its key drivers (monthly + quarterly) across the areas of Inbound, Warehousing & Distribution;
- Develop and maintain financial models supporting ongoing financial planning as well as strategic decision-making and initiatives;
- Participate in the development of strategic plans, annual budgets and revised forecasts;
- Be a key user on the reliability of the data and further development required on financial BI dashboards
- Assess the external & internal environment for risks and/ or opportunities, combined with possible recommendations through presentations to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement through benchmarking, new insight development and/ or analyses;
- Identify areas for further analysis and investment.

**Do you recognize yourself?**
- Graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of broad FP&A experience, ideally as financial analyst/ management controller position (Supply-Chain, Operations or industrial experience preferred);
- Strong affinity with MS & other tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Powerpoint)
- Working in an international environment, exceptional ability to communicate in English (required) and French (preferred);
- You are results-driven, motivated and above all else curious with a team mentality.
