**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:

- Install steam tracing systems on piping and equipment according to engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards;
- Select and install appropriate steam tracing components, including tracing tubing, steam traps, steam distribution manifolds, and insulation;
- Conduct steam tracing system inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure proper functionality and efficiency;
- Troubleshoot and repair steam tracing systems, including diagnosing issues related to steam leaks, condensate buildup, and heat transfer problems;
- Perform steam tracing system modifications and upgrades to improve performance and reliability;
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to design and implement steam tracing solutions that meet client requirements;
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues;
- Complete documentation of work performed, including inspection reports, maintenance logs, and material requisitions.

**WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU**:

- Previous experience in steam tracing or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen attention to detail.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:

- Assist in the installation of trim, molding, and other decorative elements to enhance the appearance of interior spaces;
Aid in the preparation and installation of cabinetry, shelving, and other built-in fixtures according to project specifications and design plans;
Support the hanging of doors, windows, and hardware, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality;
Assist with wood staining, painting, and finishing techniques to protect and enhance the natural beauty of wood surfaces;
Help with the installation and finishing of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl, with attention to detail and craftsmanship;
Assist in the construction and installation of custom furniture pieces, such as bookcases, benches, and entertainment centers, under the guidance of experienced carpenters;
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, and painters, to coordinate work activities and ensure seamless project execution;
Learn to use hand and power tools, including saws, drills, sanders, and nail guns, safely and effectively to perform carpentry tasks;
Follow safety regulations and guidelines on job sites, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to established safety protocols.**WHAT WE EXPECT**:

- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred, with exposure to finishing carpentry considered a plus;
- Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills;
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude;
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods;
