**Job Vacancy: HR Case Manager (32-hours)**:

- Location: Amsterdam_**The Entourage Group** is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Case Manager** to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all employee-related cases from our Dutch venues, working closely with the HR Manager. You will work from our office in the heart of **Amsterdam**, with flexible working arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and solve employee cases, ensuring fair and compliant solutions.
- Work closely with the HR team members to address conflicts and workplace issues.
- Provide advice on Dutch labor laws and regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, offering guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement policies and improve employee relations.
- Guide sick employees in accordance with the ‘Wet Verbetering Poortwachter’.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR practices.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and case management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Independent, solution-oriented thinker who can handle complex situations.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.

**Work Schedule**:

- 4 days per week (32-hours)
